The Crow Pose/Bakasana


Practice is a process, however although its not perfect I celebrate the small milestones of being able to hold this in position longer than I thought while trying to breath and concentrate at the same time lol. My goal from here would be to extended this position into a Crane Pose with arms straight instead of bent arms. So we will see how that goes…. Until then hope you enjoy!!!
