Tuesday I did something a little different other than my normal flat twist out. I decided to do a cornrow braid out with bump. I have to say my curls were much more tighter in definition. So I was very pleased with the outcome. This time around I did another deep condition treatment for 30 min. I proceeded with making about 8 cornrow braids and 6 flat twist leaving in overnight for drying.
Then the products I used was castor oil, tea tree oil, Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie and Eco Styling Gel.
I took down each cornrow braid as shown above, leaving the front half which is flat twist until sectioned off for first part of styling. This area I will fluff out with a pick comb to give more volume.
For the front section that had some flat twist, I untwisted and made a bump using a bobby pin to pin down the remaining hair left out.
My hair was still soft and moist with no dryness nor did it have any flakes from the gel. So I would say its a GOOD HAIR DAY!
